Refund policy
At Vejano, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make the return process as simple as possible.
Return Eligibility
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals (if applicable), and accessories
- Free from signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
This policy applies to all orders delivered within the United States.
Return Shipping
If we made a mistake
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the cost of the return shipping. Simply contact us and we'll provide the necessary instructions.
If you changed your mind
If you ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size, or simply no longer need the product, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that any original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at contact@vejano.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return.

- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it using the instructions provided.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.
If approved, your refund will be issued for maximum 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, color, or another product, please contact us. Our team will be happy to help you arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. Whenever this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
